To apply for Ukrainian Trip 2012, please send us your application form with a photo at ukrainian.trip@gmail.com by the specified deadline (this e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, so you will need JavaScript enabled to view it). The names of ten lucky Rotaractors, who will come to explore Ukraine, will be announced in March.

Rules:
To apply you must be a Rotaract member in a good standing from countries other than Ukraine. Don’t forget to bring your pin to prove this fact :) As the working language is English, you are expected to have not less than an intermediate level.

Participation fee:
You should pay € 100 for participation in Ukrainian Trip, visa (if needed), purchase tickets from your home country to Ukraine and back, and bring 365 smiles with you! All the rest is covered by us.

Ukrainian Trip dates: May 2-13, 2012!

We moved dates only for this year because of Football Eurocup 2012 which will be held in June in Ukraine and Poland.

Cities:
We are happy to announce that all participants of Ukrainian Trip 2011 will be divided into two routes and each of them will be able to see six cities of Ukraine. Among them are Kyiv, Rivne, Lviv, Uzhgorod, Ternopil, Poltava, Kharkiv, Vinnytsya, Sevastopol and Odesa. 

The program will start in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, and end in Odesa. To get to Kyiv you could take a flight to Kyiv-Boryspil (Kiev-Borispol) or Kyiv. Return ticket can be either from airport "Odessa", or from Kyiv to your home country. We will take good care of you during all your trip in Ukraine.
